CLIMBER 

The Good Fellers'. LLC is currently looking for a Good Feller who is passionate about the cultivation of trees! In this role, you will make safety and tree preservation decisions to keep everybody, including the tree, healthy and safe. We are looking for someone who is comfortable managing crews on large projects but is also willing to do ground work and help in other areas as needed.

CLIMBER Duties & Responsibilities

>Develop & implement tree care plans

>Fulfill climbing duties

>Perform tree risk assessments

>Look for common signs of disease & pest infestation

>Inspect equipment

>Follow all safety procedures

CLIMBER Requirements

>Knowledgeable in proper tree care

>Experience in safely climbing trees

>Valid driver's license

>Good attitude!!!!

>Willingness to learn & work as a team

CREW MEMBER

We are currently looking for individuals with a solid work ethic that will be reliable, punctual, motivated to learn, & progress in numerous avenues. We require you have a clean driving record & can pass a drug test. Experience in the tree industry is a plus but not absolutely necessary. On the job training will be provided. We are offering a solid career with solid pay. We are about family and having a life outside of work. Crew typically works a three day work week, four day weekend. Our ordinary work days are nearly double the normal 8 hour work day. Typical 12-16 hour work day, three days a week. Start working immediately after interview.
