So, you have noticed a problem tree or have determined you need a fresh look to your yard, what's next? You need a free assessment from The Good Fellers, and you can align one by using the online tool here to send in your information, or you can give our Administrative Manager a shout by text or call at 740-472-4700. She will ask for the same information asked for here online. Once we have you entered into the system, Founder and Project Manager, Uriah, will pay you a visit at your convenience. He is the expert and will give you the best advice and information to make an educated decision for your trees. Shortly after Uriah's visit, you will have a full written, detailed assessment in your email for you to refer back to while making your tree care decisions.

Pruning your trees yearly is a proactive way of maintaining your tree and prolonging it's life. By having your trees pruned regularly, you are also allowing Uriah to keep an eye on your tree's overall health and integrity.

There may be many reasons you would like a tree to be removed; maybe it is in the way, makes a mess in the yard, or maybe it is dying or sways in the wind, and you are concerned it poses a danger to your home or property. Upon assessment, Uriah will be able to help you understand what does or does not make your trees hazardous so you can better make an informed decision. We treat your trees, home, and property like we would treat our own; with respect and consideration to possible and preventable danger! Oh, and don't forget, we are trained, licensed, and insured to do this extensive tree work for you!

After removal of a tree you may like the stump left a couple feet (or more) tall so you can use it as a decoration, or maybe you have a pesky stump interrupting the flow of luscious grass you have growing. No problem, ask us about grinding that stump out! We can grind the stump below ground level and leave it for you to fill in as you see necessary, or we can provide a full restoration of your stump! A full restoration includes grinding the stump out, filling the hole in with top soil, planting grass seed, and topping it off with straw. If this is the route you choose to go, your assessment will include very basic aftercare instructions to ensure nobody knows there was ever a stump there!
